This Machine Tool Servo Motor Controller was designed to operate with brushed servo motors that have encoders attached. Parallel Port Control Inputs for step and direction. There is a DB15 Female connector for each servo motor. The encoder signals, servo power and limit switches are all combined into this connector. Uses Geckodrive G320 Servo Motor Driver Modules that are mounted on a large extruded aluminum heat sink this insures long life and consistent performance during periods of extend use. Each motor has it's own driver module, on which there are trimpots for adjusting Gain, Dampening and Maximum Current. The two internal relays are 10 ampere contact type. There are two connector panel styles. The connector panel can have either power recepticals for the main powert AC or a terminal block with the Normally Open relay contacts presented.	Fan for cooling with grill and foam filter for keeping metal chips out of the inside of the box. Built in Power Supply provides 40 Volts at up to 16.6 Amperes unregulated DC to the power servo motors. Input Voltages of 120/240 VAC, fused. Power Switched on the connector panel. Housed in Metal Utility Box 12" X 12" X 6" Weight of 26 lbs.
