First the surface of the board was coated with candle wax. Then the grooves are cutinto the wood using our Computerized Router and SuperCam. The router tip used is a 90 degree V tip. Darker area's are cut deeper into the wood than the light area's of the picture. Then the Test board was painted with red paint. When the paint had dried the wax was scrapped off the surface with a razor blade, leaving the red paint in the grooves.
