How To Work With BMP Image Files

BMP Image of Jesus embossed on Medium Density Fiber Board.

Divits drilled for each pixel.

Shoe Polish used to darken the holes.


Select this command from the menu to import BMP image files.

Click on the Select Button to Select the file to import.

Select the BMP image File.

Image is imported and displayed where it would be cut.

Click on the Locate Button to relocate the positon where the image will be embossed.

Click on the Locate Button to relocate the positon where the image will be embossed.

Click on the Locate Button to relocate the positon where the image will be embossed.

Zoom in using Shift-F1 function key.

Zoom Window using the F2 Function key. This shows the image with Clip check on and the Pixelize check on.

This shows the image with Clip check on and the Pixelize check off.

Click on GenGcode to Create G-Code File.

Click on Menu command to bring up G-code Edit and Execute.

Select the G-code file to Edit and Execute

This shows the beginning of the G-code text file and the 3D graphical display of the tool path.
