Setting Input Voltage Wiring for EMC-XYZ-GBX Controllers

This is what it looks like with the cover off.

This is the way it is wired for 120 VAC input Voltage. The White and Orange from the Toroid connect to the White input Voltage wire. The Black and the Brown from the Toroid connect to the Black input Voltage wire.

This is the way it is wired for 120 VAC input Voltage, with the wire nuts removed. Note when the relay contracts are brought directly to the connector panel there is only one Black input Voltage wire.

This shows the Toroid input winding wires as they are for 120 VAC input. The Black and Brown wires are twisted together. The White and the Orange wires are twisted together.

This is the way the winding should be connected for 240 VAC input. The Black input Voltage wire is connected to the Black Primary transformer wire. The White input Voltage wire is connected to the Orange Primary transformer wire. The White and Brown Primary transformer wires are connected together by a wire nut.

Tie rap the input voltage wires together.

Tie rap the input voltage wires to the main bundle of wires coming from the toroid transformer.

Tie rap the input voltage wires to the main bundle of wires coming from the toroid transformer.
