SuperCamXp-Mconfig-Speeds
Set Machine Motion Speed Parameters.

There are four(4) sets of presets for machine motion. Rapid Travel, Cutting, Z Rapid Travel and Z Cutting.

For each preset there are three(3) parameters, Speed, Slew and Ramp. The Speed parameter defines how fast the to start and stop. The Slew defines how fast to speed up to. The Ramp defines how the rate of acceleration and deceleration.

Travel Speed, Slew and Ramp are the variables that define how the machine will move between cutting actions. The Speed parameter defines how fast it will start and stop. The Slew parameter defines how fast it will speed up to. The Ramp parameters defines how fast it will accellerate and decellerate.

Z Altitude is the distance above the material surface that the machine will move the tool tip between cutting motions.

Material Surface is the coordinate for the material surface.

Z Depth is how deep the tool tip will be plunged into the material for a single pass cut.

Travel Speed this is the speed at which none cutting rapid travel motion is started at.

Travel Slew this is the speed at which none cutting rapid travel motion is ramped up to.

Travel Ramp this value is added or subtracted from the current Z axis motion speed at the ramp rate interval which by default is one-hundred(100) times a second. This determines rate of accelleration and decelleration for ramping up and down.

Cut Speed this is the speed at which cutting motion is started at.

Cut Slew this is the speed that the cutting motion is accelerated to.

Cut Ramp this value is added or subtracted from the current Z axis motion speed at the ramp rate interval which by default is one-hundred(100) times a second. This determines rate of accelleration and decelleration for ramping up and down.

Jog XY Incr this is how far the X or Y axis will be moved for a jog command.

Dsp Tool Width this is the diameter of the circle showing the tool cutting swath that is displayed when the mechanism is cutting material.

Jog Mode when checked the jogging motion for the keyboard will be as long as the respective key is held down. When it is not checked the jogging motion will be in increments as specified by Jog XY Incr and Jog Z Incr.

Units of Length this is the units of measurement, Inches, Millimeter or Centimeters. Clicking on this text box causes the current setting to be changed.

Reference this is the feedrate reference. It is either Seconds or Minutes, which translates to unit per second or unit per minute of velocity for machine motions.

Change Reference Units clicking on this button will change the units of measure.

Z Travel Speed this is the speed at which none cutting Z axis motion will start out at.

Z Travel Slew this is the speed to which none cutting Z axis motion will speed up to.

Z Travel Ramp this value is added or subtracted from the current Z axis motion speed at the ramp rate interval which by default is one-hundred(100) times a second. This determines rate of accelleration and decelleration for ramping up and down.

Z Cut Speed this is the speed that Z axis will start out at when cutting into the material. This is the speed that a plung into the material will start at.

Z Cut Slew this is the speed that the Z axis will ramp up to when cutting material. This occurs during the plung into the material.

Z Cut Ramp this value is added or subtracted from the current Z axis motion speed at the ramp rate interval which by default is one-hundred(100) times a second. This determines rate of accelleration and decelleration for ramping up and down.

Jog Z Incr this is how much the Z axis will be moved for a jog command.
